This policy explains what information jforberger.com collects and how John Forberger, a sales associate with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, uses it.

Information you give us

When you use a contact or inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use it to reply to you about buying, selling, or the property you asked about.

Form submissions are delivered to John by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to respond to you, to complete a real estate transaction you ask us to help with, or when required by law.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that John may contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Services on this site

This site uses third-party services that may receive basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Fonts (typefaces), YouTube (videos, which load only when you press play), Instagram (embedded posts, which load when you scroll to them), and Substack (newsletter signup). Each follows its own privacy policy.

This site does not use advertising trackers.
